Backed by more than 20 years in advertising and marketing, I’ve spent my career helping brands evolve—not just in how they look, but in how they work.

I’ve partnered with global and category-leading organizations including Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft, TD Bank, Kraft, Xbox, Tangerine Bank and Kellogg (U.S. & Canada). Across these engagements, I’ve led teams and built work that spans brand, digital, and customer experience.

But the biggest shift I’ve seen isn’t in campaigns—it’s in how creative operates.

Today, the most effective organizations aren’t built around one-off launches. They’re built around continuous customer interaction across CRM, product, content, and culture.

That’s where I focus.

I design creative systems that connect:

  • Brand storytelling

  • Customer experience (CX)

  • Lifecycle and CRM

  • AI-enabled workflows and production

The goal isn’t just stronger ideas, it’s creating scalable, repeatable ways to deliver them, consistently and effectively over time.

I’ve led teams navigating the realities of complex organizations while maintaining a high standard of creative output. My work is grounded in the belief that creativity is most valuable when it drives engagement, retention, and long-term growth—not just attention.

If you’re looking for a creative leader who can connect brand thinking to real business impact, and help modernize how creative teams operate, I’d be glad to connect.

I also wrote Unlearning Genius, a book about creative leadership and the shift from individual contributor to building and leading high-performing teams.

And The Umbrella Theory: The Art of Creative Leadership, a book about how to lead creatives, kill bad briefs, and build a culture that protects creatives so they can do what they do best: Create.
